How to order

We have tried to make our online buying service as easy as possible. In just few steps you are able to order whatever you like to buy :

Step 1 : CATEGORY: Choose the product that you want to buy from the catagory Men or Women collections or you are able to select the category directly from the side menu.

Step 2 : STYLE: Choose the style that you like (you will able to see the larger image if you click on the picture), to choose that Style just click on the style description about that image or style.

Step 3 : FABRIC: Choose the fabric you prefer from right side menu and clicking any of that category you will able to see all the colors available in that fabric.

Step 4 : COLOR: Select the color you think is best or you like the best.To enlarge just click on the image and to select click choose this fabric.

Step 5 : CUSTOMIZE: You like that style but you don't like the pockets on that style or any other option .No problem just select what you like the best .If as per style selected you product will be designed as per style selected and if other option is been selected then the selected option will be used for the product.Add to cart.

Step 6 : MEASUREMENTS: After you sucessfull register and login, you will be redirect to measurements page where you can submit all your measurements.

Step 7 : CART: Your product now is sucessfully submitted in shopping cart.Still you are able to edit all the options.

As we do not use cookies ,clicking checkout will save your order and no changes an be made after that .For completing the order you must complete the ordering process till payments .If you leave the site or the page you have to start the ordering process again from scratch

Billing address: Adongsilk.com the only website give you the option to submit as many address you want to keep in our database for future.For next order you jsut have to choose the option from you submitted address.

Shipping address: Adongsilk.com  the only website give you the option to submit as many address you want to keep in our database for future.For next order you just have to choose the option from you submitted address.

Payment: Select the payment mode. At this moment we are just accepting payments by Western Union (Money Transfer) and OnePAY (Invoice System) because of the security issues.

Payment Guide for OnePAY Payment Gateway:

We connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment (www.onepay.vn). All of your card information are processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (Merchant).

After you have received Invoice Payment Link, please check the information of the Invoice. If all the information is correct, please check the Terms and Conditions and click, I agree with Terms and Conditions, and click Submit. 

You will be redirected to OnePAY Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card with following steps:

1. Input Card information:

The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) will begin with https://onepay.vn/...

To make the payment, you will input the following card information:

• Card Number

• Expiration Date

• CSC (Card Security Code – CVV, CVC)

• Billing address (Card holder’s address which has been registered with the Issuer Bank)

• Click “PAY”.

• Online payment password (If you have enrolled 3D- Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card ).

2. Transaction Result

You would kindly wait for some seconds for the transaction result from OnePAY payment gateway. 

If the payment is successful, you will see the notification: Your invoice was paid successfully!. Then you will receive confirmation by email.

If the payment is failed, you will see: Transaction was not successful! 

Note 

In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

• In correct card information

• Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)

• Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input card information then did not receive any transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. 

Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Invoice.
