SHIPPING POLICIES: Adongsilk.com currently offer three shipping options for worldwide shipping:

• Viet Nam standard post

• DHL 

• Fedex Tariff

MODE OF SHIPPING:Countries worldwide are devided in eight zones g as follows:

SHIPPING CHARGES:

The shipping charge is based on the country the customers would like to ship, the weight of goods and how ways the customers prefer to ship as: Vietnam post, Fedex or DHL.

GOODS DELIVERY TIMES:

Our goal is to process all orders within 5-7 days of receipt and measurements approved by our staffs. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Sunday 8:00AM - 10:00PM).

If the shipment is sent by FedEx will take 4-7 days.If the shipment is sent by Vietnam post will take approx 25 days.

If the shipment is sent by DHL will take approx 5-7 days.

TRACE AND TRACK:

All the shippment have tracking no and trackable on our website at trace and tracking page or visiting at shipping company's website.

UNDELIVERY GOODS:

If the courier loses or fails to deliver your goods then a claim must be made by customer. We will provide you with a copy of our "proof of posting", and an invoice for your order, to enable you to make an inquiry at your local Depot, or claim against the courier.

Orders shipped by FedEx or DHL have very less changes of loss.
